We Volunteer

As members of the Babson College student body, Babson baseball players are engaged in a rigorous academic program while playing baseball both fall and spring and doing a conditioning program during the winter months. Theirs is a year-long commitment to academics and baseball. At the same time, the student-athletes recognize the importance of being good citizens and performing their share of community service. The baseball players are steadfast in the belief that good citizenship involves an obligation to volunteer service and to make a positive contribution to the community-at-large.

Therefore, the members of the Babson College baseball team will gladly consider a request to provide service. In the past, we have participated in the Boston Food Bank program. Though not limited to the following causes, assistance for the elderly, the disabled, those who are disadvantaged, and children are among the things we would highly value. A wide range of activities is possible and each request will be carefully considered.
